Socks & Shawl & Kitty!

Socks:

Pattern.

The yarn is called Jawoll Solid Superwash, by Lang Yarns, bought it from London. I'm very happy with the socks, although I still need to figure out some way to keep them from sliding down to my ankles.

Shawl:

Pattern. This is made of Malabrigo Sock which I also bought from London, and I looooooooooove it! It's so soft!

Kitty:

Pattern. Small and cute!

Eurovision final

The points I would've given:

Denmark 12
Iceland 10
Germany 8
Italy 7
Georgia 6
Serbia 5
Ukraine 4
Bosnia and Herzegovina 3
UK 2
Austria 1

I cannot find the poinst Finland gave but they were SHIT and if I had to score the songs I liked least the list would've probably looked about the same -____-

and fuck azerbaijan I want to puke now please

Now I'm going to watch my all time Eurovision favourite and then hit the bed:

Eurovision semifinal II

Bosnia&Herzegovina: I liked this when I saw the preview but yesterday I didn't like it as much anymore.
Austria: The singer was really talented but I think her voice wasn't very unique and the song was pretty boring.
Netherlands: The most boring song in the whole contest -_____-
Belgium: I like a cappella but while the singers were really good, the song was quite repetitive and there was too much showing off.
Slovakia: Ugh. Bad.
Ukraine: This was good! The sand artist was amazing and the singer had a good voice and the melody was okay.
Moldova: Bleh :/ They should've sang in their own language because his pronunciation was horrible.
Sweden: OMG YUCK >__________> The lyrics made no sense and just ugh. I almost cried when they got to the final. And I will cry for real if Sweden beats Finland ;___;
Cyprus: Eehhh.. this was okay I guess?
Bulgaria: Nice and energetic.
Macedonia: Bleh.
Israel: Boring and unenergetic.
Slovenia: Argh this was so bad. The lyrics were so illogical "I won't let you close no one will treat you as good as I" or something wtf.
Romania: Bleh.
Estonia: Ugh so annoying! >_____>
Belarus: It shows they had to come up with this song at the last minute.
Latvia: Yuck.
Denmark: Aaawww one of my favourites this year! Definitely the best world-changing-song and the lyrics <3 <3
Ireland: Yuck yuck yuck yuck YUCK >_____> And what the hell does your collar have to do with anything lkdöaldjöalsdölad

THE BIG FIVE:
Spain: Weird.
French: Ahaahahhahaha I find this kind of songs so boring I think I will fall asleep when I have to listen to it again.
UK: xD
Germany: This is okay aber warum singt sie nicht in Deutcsh?!
Italy: I don't remember this well but I think it's okay.

The voting system is weird O__o I heard the national juries make their voting before the show, so their judging doens't have anything to do with the performance itself! And I also don't understand why you're not allowed to vote in a semifinal in which your country is not competing.

Eurovision semifinal I

Poland: Boo! >_> Boring and cheap.
Norway: A few years ago I would've hated this, but while I didn't like it that much it was still cheery and sweet. I wouldn't have minded if they had went to the final.
Albania: Errr... Nothing wrong but not really to my taste.
Armenia: D: Pretty horrible. Bubblegum.
Turkey: One of my favourites! Rock! Why they didn't go to the final ;____;
Serbia: Yay cheeery! 8)
Russia: I hated the singer >______> He was really smug and just ugh and the song had no energy.
Switzerland: Hmmmm... I kinda forgot it already but I guess it was quite boring.
Georgia: Good! Rock! The singer had a good voice!
Finland: Sorry guys, I don't like it :/ I'm glad we went to the final though.
Malta: See what I said about Albania.
San Marino: Boring
Croatia: Lame. Cheap.
Iceland: Sweeeeet! Cute!
Hungary: See what I said about Malta.
Portugal: I usually like these colourful performents but this didn't quite hit me.
Lithuania: Omg horrible. How did she get to the final? And it's so lame to have 6 words of French in your song.
Azerbaijan: Omg HORRIBLE >____> So... plastic.
Greece: Good except for the rapper.

Pikku Myy

(no subject)

I've been having a fever that turned into a flu for the last week. It began on Thursday, a week ago, and today was the first day I dared to go to school after getting it. From Monday to yesterday I've been sneezing and blowing my nose constantly, but it's starting to get a bit better now. A funny fact: I didn't leave the apartment during the time between Wednesday last week and this morning, yay \o/

I finally decided to start to keep track of the books I've read. I've been meaning to do that for five years or so, but never gotten aroung, which is kind of funny because all you have to do is write down the name of the book you read! Anyway, I put the list up here so if you're interested you can take a look. There are only two books so far, but I wondered whether I should have included Gone With the Wind and Abhorsen because I finished them both this year, but read most of them or at least half of them last year... Also I'm not sure whether I read Life of Pi this year or not :l
